Banned cards and poor card choices as well as what looks like very little synergy.
Magician of Faith has been banned for ages.
Roid cards are poor in their own deck, they are absolutely attrocius outside their theme.
Curse of Dragon is one of the poorest cards that require a tribute ever.
Life gain cards are poor outside a deck with Fire Princess in or a Psychic deck.
The Equips are poor at best, Fusion Sword only works on a handful of your monsters as well as Dragon Treasure falling into the same category. If you insist on Equips, have ones that will work on any monster instead.
All in all, 1/10, this would get thrashed by almost any noob with one of the newer structure decks.

China Data Center Challenges

The good news is that China has a competent workforce from which to draw knowledge necessary for building and operating data for central support. The bad news is that data center managers in China face the same problems as their counterparts in developed countries like the U.S. and Europe.
While wages, which constitute a significant portion of IT budgets are still low relative with the U.S., Europe, Japan or Australia, other expenses are not too far.
"Major sectors such as banking are heavily dependent technology to prosper. In these markets, data centers are built on the basis of similar rules to those markets over the market as the U.S. and Europe, " Said Jerry Yi, Senior Solutions Consultant, China Hewlett-Packard.
An important advantage that China has more than markets such as Singapore and Hong Kong is the limited amount of existing infrastructure in place. Chinese companies are expanding to meet the opportunities of national and international businesses can take advantage of new technologies and not be held by legacy applications and business processes.
China's economic boom is significantly impacting the way centers data that are designed, constructed and operated. But many of these centers are still in major business cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou. In these places, real estate costs are rising rapidly and data center managers need to plan carefully if you want space ensure efficient use of primary resources.
Richard Y. Mei, Technical Manager, Systems Engineering at CommScope, notes that the designers of the center China's data and IT administrators can benefit from best practices learned in structured cabling, cooling / heating / ventilation and lighting to improve operational efficiency.

Two other costs are often ignored in the planning stages are operating costs and implementation costs. The first includes management system, power and cooling, and the impact of system failure.
