Japan Lacquer

Would like to know the age & or value of a "made in Japan" black lacquer music box. It winds up in the back.?

It lights up in the front-there is a window that shows a man pulling a cart with someone sitting in it & the wheel turns as the music plays. When you close the top drawer it stops play & lighting up. Has a couple of drawers for jewels.Would appreciate any info.
