Abiraterone: the best hope for prostate cancer?
As the results of the first phase of trials published in the Journal of Clinical Oncology, Abiraterone gained critical instant as the miracle drug to treat prostate cancer. The media immediately pounced on the story mid-July 2008 of the drug as the most significant advance in the field of therapy for prostate cancer in 70 years.
